Ted brings a decade of experience in commercial and personal banking to Carrollton Bank. A native of Springfield, IL, Ted has dedicated himself to serving his hometown through his involvement in both the Chamber of Commerce and United Way. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Monmouth College.
